Lately I've been listening to David Bowie and lot and trying to learn more about his life. It looks like that all stars that manage to stay famous for a long time have to udnergo stylistic changes and create alternative personas. Madonna for example, has changed her style a fair number of times. So has David Bowie. The thin white duke drawing is a drawing of David Bowie in black and white smoking a cigarette.

Description of "Thin White Duke"
This drawing is also taken from my doodle book. David Bowie and his androgynous yet masculine features (don't ask me to describe how that is possible) has been occupying my sketch books for a while, especially his 1976 persona, the thin white duke. This is the first David Bowie drawing I have uploaded, but I will upload other drawings and sketches too.
