I used some pictures of Jonathan Rhys Meyers I found in an online picture gallery as a reference, but the grunge background is just me experimenting with dark markers. I love Jonathan's androgynous features and his former emo haircut, so I picked reference pictures that accentuate these characteristics.

I really like the grunge feeling of the pictures and the fact that they look a bit like Jonathan, even though I did the drawings in less than 5 minutes each with a black pen and a dying permanent marker. In fact, I liked the first picture so much that I am using it as the main graphic on the homepage of drawings.gr. I have been using the Jonathan Rhys Meyers layout for a while and I still like it.
