Cats with odd eyes are a common sight. People with mismatched eyes, like David Bowie, however are not. I did a pencil profile of David Bowie the other day and best drawn feature in the drawing were his eyes, thin eyebrows, thick lasses and all. The drawing's not complete yet, but I thought I'd post the eyes here.

See what I said about his eyes? One is lightly colored and the other is darker brown! David Bowie's eyes reflect his multi faceted personality in a way, don't they? Or perhaps I am just reading too much into it.
