I used a comic panel illustrating a fight scene from the new Weiss Kreuz manga as a reference. (It's called Weiss Side B now in Japan.) The sword fight scene was pretty intense, and I think I got it right.
Comments on style
I basically tried to emulate the way pictures are shaded and outlined in comics. It was a bit tiring to fill in the black parts, but overall, I would say it was fun to draw. The perspective looks good too.
