Although this side of Squall and Seifer's rivalry wasn't explored much in the game, I think they'd be fighting over Rinoa too, seeing as she was Seifer's ex-girlfriend and Seifer was always jealous of Squall. Thus, this piece of fan art was born. I might post more panels of this "Squall VS Seifer" comic later. ;)
Comments on style
I used the smudge brush to go over all the sketch and smoothen the pencil lines. I then used some layer effects (burn specifically) to make the lines bolder. I think it's an awesome technique - Squall's hair turned out really great that way. I then colorized the picture in OpenCanvas and added some highlights and the background in Paint Shop Pro.
