I like the fact that the boy's wearing a scarf, but I think the scarf turned out very unrealistic looking...
I like how the profile turned out.
He also has a pretty mole under his left eye.
Comments on style
I sketched the whole thing in pencil first, then drew over the lines with a pen, erased the pencil lines and added strenght to some of the pen strokes. Took way too much time for such a small drawing but it turned out pretty good.
