This angel girl came straight from my imagination. What the girl is holding in her hands are japanese paper spells, called fuda. They are used to cast magic spells or summon creatures from other planes, as I've seen in anime shows (namely, Yami no Matsuei). Anyway, I hope you like the angel girl picture!

Comments on style

Sketched with a pencil first, then added some strength to the outlines with a writing pen. The wings aren't as strongly outlined as I would like, mostly because I am not very confident drawing angel wings...

It is also worth noting that, although this angel drawing is anime style, the girl's eyes aren't the stereotypical huge anime ones.
