Jewels must be drawn with precision. The computer is, for this reason, a very useful tool for designing digital jewels. I really like how this digital drawing turned out. The central stone is emerald and the receptacle is made of silver dragon wings.
Comments on style
It was fun, rendering the jewel in Photoshop. I used some tools, namely the warp effect in a way I'd never thought of before. Sadly, I can no longer find the fantasy art site I got the tutorial from. If somebody knows where I got the dragon jewel tutorial from, please contact me.
